1. What is Flowers and Greens and where can I find it?

Flowers and Greens in an online boutique type flower shop you can reach 24/ 7 through our official online store, through Facebook and Instagram. We also have a retail store located at #19 Morada St., Brgy Mataas na Lupa, (near BigBen, Robinsons and McDonalds, Junction) Morada Avenue, in Lipa City Batangas. There, we offer the most sophisticated and highly fashionable arrangements just for you.

2. How can I order flowers?

You’ll be surprised how easy it is to order flowers from Flowers and Greens. You may place your order in our online store, or you may send us a message through Facebook Messenger or Instagram Direct Message. You may also just call us at (043) 981 2990, or visit our store.

3. How do I know if my order is being processed?

We always make sure we keep you updated about your orders. If you used the eStore to order, you will receive a message in your email. If you ordered by sending a message in our social media accounts, by phone, by email, or by visiting our shop, you can request to be notified via a text message.

4. Do you deliver? (Where do you deliver? What is your delivery schedule)

Yes! And you’ll be so glad to know we deliver not just in Batangas, but also in Laguna and Quezon.

5. How much do you charge for delivery?

We charge a minimal amount for the shipping of your order. The fee depends on the distance of the delivery address. Our eStore automatically computes for the shipping fee, so you may simply visit it and check by indicating the specific location of delivery.

6. How do I pay for an order?

Paying has never been easy, and Flowers and Greens makes sure to use the easiest payment methods just for you. You may pay in cash or by using your credit card, through remittance center or via online bank transfer.

7. Can I change my order?

Yes, you may. However, you must cancel your order first and order the item again.

8. Can I cancel my order? Do you charge for cancellation?

We’d be sad, but should you wish to do so, you may send an email to info@flowersandgreens.com.ph indicating the word CANCEL ORDER and ORDER NO in the subject line. You should write a short message of reason for cancellation in the body of the email.

Please note that Flowers and Greens will charge 10% cancellation fee at least 2 days or more before the scheduled delivery date. Cancellation 1 day before the delivery date will be charged 50% cancellation fee.

9. What kinds of flowers do you sell?

Oh! A lot. For flowers, we have the freshest, most alluring roses, tulips, orchids, sunflowers, daisies, carnations and gerberas. Want to take a peek? Visit our SITE to see them.

10. Do you sell imported flowers?

Yes, we do. Though imported, we make sure we keep them fresh and at their best for your orders.

11. Do you make arrangements for different occasions?

Name it! We love occasions as much as making flowers to embellish your celebrations like weddings, birthdays and baptismal, graduation, and even your corporate gatherings. We also make arrangements to make an event more solemn or to express your condolences like in funerals and wakes.
